Sausagefest 2021

If you know me, you know Sausagefest.  It started as a tradition to carry on my family's sausage recipe to friends.  It's turned into more - it's now an annual gathering to "Celebrate all that's right in the world" - good food, friends and family. 

We're all 13 years older since the day Sausagefest officially began. As we become lazier in completing the Sausagefest work (of making sausage) I feel like it's time to pivot our energy on investing in a good cause, while we eat, drink and be merry.

Sausagefest raises funds for research of a disease near and dear to many of our hearts.  Friend of many Sausagefest attendees, Justin "JUICE" Dodson lost his fight against ALS in 2019.  In honor of this tough Army Special Operations veteran, let's raise some funds to put towards resarch of this terrible disease.
