Please join us for the Greater Chicagoland Caregiver Boot Camp on Saturday, July 13, 2019 from 10am until 2pm.  The Caregiver Boot Camp will provide education about the role of a Caregiver, how to use common pieces of medical equipment, and provide an opportunity to ask questions to better prepare them in assisting their loved one living with ALS.

This event is FREE and lunch is provided.
